Liege – Our most popular waffle to add toppings to is the Liege (see the Waffle Menu below). It is a raised dough waffle and has pearl sugar in it that will melt and caramelize on the outside of the waffle, so the outside is crispy and a little crunchy while the inside is soft. Brussels – A soft batter waffle that is often served with a fruit topping and/or syrup.
Gluten Free – For our wheat intolerant friends we serve a light batter waffle that is gluten free and also can be dairy free if needed. It comes in two flavors, cinnamon and vanilla.
